Is there a setup fee or a contract?
No. Every Dometta plan is month-to-month with no setup fee and no long-term contract. You can start on the Free plan, move up as your community grows, or cancel any time.
Are payment processing fees included in the price shown?
Payment processing carries a standard fee of 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction on the Starter, Growth, and Multi-HOA plans (10% per transaction on the Free plan). Unlike many HOA platforms that advertise a low base price and bury payment-processing costs in a separate fee schedule, Dometta publishes the full cost right on this page, no surprises at sign-up.
Does the Free plan include online payments?
Yes, including on the Free plan. Online payments on the Free plan carry a 10% per-transaction processing fee (compared to 2.9% + $0.30 on paid plans), which helps us keep the Free plan available at $0/mo. Some competitors paywall online payments behind a higher tier entirely; every Dometta plan, including Free, gets full payment functionality.
What happens if my community grows past my plan's home count?
You simply move up to the next plan when it makes sense for your community, there’s no automatic charge or surprise upgrade. We’ll let you know as you approach a plan’s limit so you can decide when to switch.
How does pricing work for a management company overseeing multiple HOAs?
The Multi-HOA / Management Company plan is priced per unit ($0.45/unit/mo) with a $99/mo minimum, covering every community you manage under one account with one dashboard, rather than paying separately per association.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Since every plan is month-to-month, moving between plans, up or down, is just a conversation with us, not a renegotiated contract.
