Privacy Policy
Dometta (“Dometta,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website located at https://dometta.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have.
This policy covers the marketing website only. If you become a Dometta customer, your community’s data (homeowner records, payments, architectural requests, communications, etc.) within the Dometta application is governed separately by our Terms of Service and any data processing agreement provided at sign-up.
Information We Collect
Information you provide directly. If you use our Contact page or otherwise reach out to us, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message.
Information collected automatically. We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our Site – for example, which pages are viewed, how long visitors stay, and what device or browser they are using. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies, and may include information such as your IP address (which Google may process in de-identified or aggregated form), general location (city/region level), and browsing behavior on the Site. We use this information in aggregate to improve the Site’s content and performance; we do not use it to identify you personally.
Cookies. Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We use cookies for the analytics purposes described above. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the Site may not function as intended if you do. The Site does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to inquiries submitted through our Contact page
- Understand and improve how visitors use our Site
- Maintain the security and proper functioning of our Site
- Comply with applicable law and enforce our terms
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only with:
- Google, which provides analytics services (such as Google Analytics) we may use, under Google’s own privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy)
- Service providers who help us operate the Site (such as our hosting provider), who are permitted to use your information only to provide services to us and are not permitted to use it for their own independent purposes
- Law enforcement or others, if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or where we believe in good faith it is necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others
We may also disclose information as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
Data Retention
We retain contact form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and for our legitimate business records, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics’ standard retention settings.
Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of certain uses. To make a request, contact us using the details below; we will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity before doing so.
If you are a California resident, applicable law may give you additional rights regarding your personal information, including the right to know what personal information we have collected and the right to request deletion. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
You can also opt out of Google Analytics tracking generally using Google’s browser add-on: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
